Pooped

Derrick's been working from 5 in the morning till around 11 at night for the last week!!!! I caught him sleeping while sitting up waiting for the blow up bed to inflate. Too funny. Poor boy has been so sleep deprived lately, but I thought this was priceless :)

Polynesian Cultural Center

Today we went to the Polynesian Cultural Center, spent about 8 hours there!! Started out with a tour of the different cultures, then watched a float parade on the water, followed by a beautiful Luau and finished with a performance called "Ha Breath of Life", Hawai‘i’s newest ancient story where we sat in the front row (VIP status) :) Besides being in the 90 degree heat all day, it was an amazing experience!

Waikiki Sunset

Evalin wanted to see the sunset before she left Hawaii so we headed down to Waikiki. It was so beautiful!! I've always wanted to go lay on the beach with Derrick and have a romantic date night but he thought I was corny :)

Hanauma Bay

Derrick's little sister Evalin is here for a couple weeks visiting so we've been trying to show her around the island. We went to Hanauma Bay today and she went snorkeling for the first time. Can't believe she's only 16 and I'm almost 10 years older than her!!!! Especially considering the fact that she's like 6 inches taller than me!! We're really glad she's able to spend these next couple weeks with us.

It's a GIRL!!!

20 weeks now!! I was always complaining about how small my belly was and then woke up the other day and this thing was there, haha. I'm starting to get big!

It's a little hard to see but this is our baby girl's butt :) Showing everyone we're having a girl!! I made sure the ultrasound tech checked a bunch of times to make sure there wasn't anything hiding...... But she said it's definitely a girl. YAY!!!

Well our little miss chunky pants is already 15 ounces, which measures her about 7 days bigger than she should be. Needless to say, we're having a HUGE baby. I'm going to have to blame that on my husband who weighed 11lbs when he was born! Getting pretty nervous already about giving birth, considering she's only getting bigger from here, eek! But on the plus side, the nurse said she is a very healthy baby, that's all I can ask for!
